My friend recently start a stealth aviation startup that is taking advantage of advances in materials science, automated manufacturing, and recent regulatory changes to redefine how you travel by air.
He’s a type-rated turbojet pilot that started building high-performance personal aircraft at age 17. The early team brings experience from MIT, Kitty Hawk, Lyft’s AV division, Neuralink, Lamborghini, and other eVTOL companies.
He’s looking for a Chief of Staff to help him build out the company and disrupt the $825B global airline industry.

TYH Ventures is an under-the-radar fund that started as a family office and has expanded since then. They’ve done nearly 100M in investments already post-COVID. They invest in other funds and in deals directly.
Now, TYH Ventures is hiring a Chief of Staff to help continue to grow the fund and the team. The role is in Florida or remote with travel.

As I mentioned a few weeks ago, I decided to open up a few slots each week to help those with questions about the Chief of Staff role, transitioning into tech, and individual job searches.

Paid: $250 resume review
I’ve also gotten a number of requests from people seeking help with their resumes. Unfortunately, I don’t have time to edit people’s resumes for free, so I’m launching a paid resume review service for $250 / resume.
How it works: You send me a note on what kinds of jobs you’re looking for and how the job search has gone so far. Then you send me your resume in a Google Doc, and I heavily edit it using suggested comments. Then you take a look at my edits, accept the suggestions you agree with, reject the ones you don’t, and then send it back to me for me to take one final pass. If you want a cover letter review, then it’s the same process for the same price, or you can do both for a combined price of $400.
